In 1975, I began my real estate career in the property management field. A few years later I obtained my real estate license and became a partner in the largest real estate firm in Alameda. I also worked in the mortgage lending business for approximately two years to gain a better knowledge and understanding of how the mortgage lending experience works.
In 1990 I chose to relocate my family to Granite Bay and establish our Real Estate Development Company and Residential Real Estate Firm.
After owning and managing one of the largest real estate companies and overseeing 75 employees, I wanted Granite Bay Properties to have a more on-on-one feel.
My desire as a Realtor is to provide a service to my clients that exceed their expectations. My career goal is to make the Real Estate process a positive and productive experience for my clients. Negotiating is one of my strengths. Many of my clients have been pleased with my ability to work through some very difficult situations. My goal has always been to work towards a positive outcome and to achieve that with integrity and determination.
I have been honored with the Masters Club award since I opened Granite Bay Properties, Inc. and am one of the top 2% agents in the local three counties. I consider myself to be the utmost Real Estate Professional. My desire as a Realtor is to provide a service to my client that exceeds their expectations.
I have served the Real Estate industry for more than 25 years as a top producing Residential Broker. I love helping buyers and sellers come together in a combined effort to make their transactions a win, win for all involved.
My listings include luxury homes in Granite Bay to horse properties in Auburn. There’s nothing greater than finding the perfect home for a buyer and making it a reality. Through years of experience I have learned patience and tenacity. It has earned me the loyalty of past clients, friends and family.

Irene has extensive experience in the Real Estate Industry. In her earlier career days she worked as a broker for Shaw and Lunt from 1964-1985. In 1986 she decided to step away from the corporate environment and worked independently for Hanson Real Estate, splitting her time between Alameda and the Sacramento area and focusing on Residential sales and property management.
Irene was honored to be the first woman in over 100 years to be elected onto the board for the S.E.S. (Society of the Espirito Santo). She became secretary of the board and was involved in their real estate investments from 1995-2000. After which she relocated permanently to the Sacramento area. In 2012 Irene decided to join the Granite Bay Properties team as Broker. She was drawn towards the “boutique ambiance,” which lets our agents create a better relationship with our clients compared to the larger brokerages she worked for in the past.
With nearly a decade of Real Estate industry experience, Tristian LeVea has always been involved in various aspects of the Real Estate industry. Starting in Property Management leading into her time as a Transaction Coordinator, she has in-depth knowledge of today’s regulations and practices.Ensuring her client’s best interests, and needs are kept in mind first, she makes it her mission to guide her clients through the home buying and selling experience.
As a Real Estate Agent she has been described as efficient, engaging, educating, and loyal by her clients. LeVea makes the otherwise complicated process a relaxing, educating, and positive experience – ensuring her clients feel confident, and satisfied in every step of the buying or selling process. We welcomed Tristian to the Granite Bay Properties Team in late 2016 and are thrilled to have her as part of the team. Her positive attitude, true love for the business, and fresh ideas are the perfect addition!
Debra comes to us with over 35 years experience in Real Estate Sales, Custom Home Building, Project Management and Interior Design.
It all came together for her after working as the project manager on a prestigious custom home development out of Blackhawk, California. Soon after completion she opened her design firm D.Laflamme Designs.
She firmly believes that the greatest compliment is the second phone call of a past client requesting your services again. “Their success is truly mine”, is her motto.
Her introduction into Real Estate Development and Sales started at a very young age. As far back as I can remember, I was drug around from house to house while my mom showed property. Even at such a young age I was always so fascinated with the different styles and architectures of homes. I started in the industry with secretarial and management duties, but after a year I obtain my Real Estate license in 2015.
While I continue to build client relationships and a successful Real Estate career, I feel honored to learn from such successful Agents in the industry. My day to day consists of managing the company operations and assisting our agents in providing the upmost satisfaction to our clients.
Born and raised in the beautiful state of Alaska and now calling herself a true lover of California, Natasha is always excited to do the two things that she enjoys most: Helping people and dealing with homes. She has worked in a number of different industries including owning her own business, public accounting and commercial real estate.
As a mother of three and having bought and sold her own home, she’s a nester at its finest and knows the value of having someone her clients trust by their side, to hear their concerns and being endlessly helpful with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. With confidence, Natasha can say that she prides herself on her ability to listen, her tenacious desire to learn, and her willingness to go above and beyond for her clients.
